Litle Feat-toetsenist heeft een nieuwe song van zijn band op YouTube gezet.
Uit zijn commentaar blijkt, dat ‘When all the boats rise’ nog niet af is: zo ontbreken er volgens hem nog blazers en exyta achtergrondzang.
Van die blazers zou het nummer misschien nog profiteren, want de melodie is voor Little Feat ongewoon eentonig. Het bewijst maar weer eens, dat de veteranen niet al te goed meer zijn in het schrijven van een ballad, hoewel ze daar in het verleden wel klassieke voorbeelden van componeerden.
Uit zijn commentaar blijkt een duidelijke urgentie om de song al te brengen voordat die af is en daar hebben de presidentsverkiezingen alles mee te maken:
